A bit about us
Based in Kingswood, Bristol, Lodge Joinery Bristol Ltd have been trading since September 1986. Over the years we have supplied and fitted made to measure joinery to commercial and domestic customers. From doors and timber windows to gates and bespoke projects with listed buildings and conservation projects, we have the experience and knowledge to take on any project. All our joinery is manufactured at our workshops in Kingswood, where our expert team work with both any softwoods and hardwoods. We can undertake any project for both private home owners and the building trade. All our joinery is made to measure so if you want the perfect windows or doors for your home please feel free to contact us.

A little bit about the wood we use

At Lodge Joinery we have worked with all wood types. However, our wood of choice is now a softwood timber called “Accoya”, which is very durable and is guaranteed for 50 years.

Accoya has properties that match or exceed those of the best tropical hardwoods and treated woods, yet is manufactured using wood from sustainable sources.

Already the material of choice for a wide range of demanding outdoor applications, Accoya wood can be used for virtually anything from windows to doors, decking to cladding, bridges to boats and even for applications that are presently only feasible with non-sustainable and man-made materials.
